Then we read your hair
Your hair has a history, and it's our job to understand it before we make any decisions. We look at your texture, your density, how your hair grows and falls, and what previous colour or chemical work has left behind. This is why we ask about box dye, old highlights or a treatment you had on holiday. It changes what's possible and how we get you there safely.
